DFL series multi-state back-washing oil purifier is
newly developed and produced by Wanmei company. The
machine can work continually online with multi-stage
filtration, back-washing and waste drainage. It can
meet the special requirement of large quantity of oil
treatment, suitable for many kinds of lubricating oil,
engine oil, diesel oil etc. DFL series is an ideal
equipment for online purification all kinds of oil
in factories and mines.
Application scope: DFL series is widely
used in machinery, oilfield, chemical industry, mine,
electric power, transportation, manufacturing enterprises
etc. It can purify many kinds of oil effectively and
thoroughly, such as deteriorated hydraulic oil, hydraulic
transmission oil, gear oil, gasoline engine oil, diesel
engine oil, to remove quickly the mechanic impurities
and improve the quality of oil, and ensure the normal
operation of hydraulic, motive and lubricating system
of the equipment.
Characteristics:
• The sintered filter element with high
precision can completely filter the fine solid particulates
from the oil, withstand corrosion and high temperature,
with good mechanic strength and service life. The element
can be cleaned through back-washing technique conveniently.
• Aluminum electrical control cabinet,
better for heat transfer and anti-explosion. (Anti-explosion
series).
• The qualified filtration component and
joint sealed material can resist corrosion, high temperature
and have nice mechanic strength, all of which can widen
the scope of the oil that is to be purified.
• The machine is installed with a few exits
for waste drainage, which can switch working unit freely,
it can back-wash the filter element by stage without
stopping the machine.
