ZLA series high-efficiency double-stage vacuum oil purifier
is a typical product, developed and produced by Wanmei
company as a special equipment for dehydration, degassing,
purification process of various kinds of insulating oils
in electrical transformers and circuit breakers etc.
It is designed on vacuum drying principle, coalescence
and separation technique, accurate fine filtration and
other Wanmei patented technique.
Application scope: ZLA series is widely
used in purification of various kinds of insulating oil,
especially the fine purification treatment of high-grade
new oil, imported oil and super-voltage transformer oil.
It can be used for onsite operation in over110KV transformers,
especially even in high-latitude areas. ZLA series also
can be used as drying equipment for a variety of electric
facilities. And it is widely used for oil filling for
transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition.
It is suitable for high-efficiency purification process
for other low-viscosity lubricating oils.

Characteristics:
Double-stage, high vacuum pressure, and
high flow rate that helps remove water, air, gases,
solid particulates and other impurities from oil quickly
and efficiently so as to improve the breakdown voltage
of oil and maintain its insulating property.
Advanced dehydrating and degassing system
that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation
technique to remove harmful composition in the oil,
such as water, air and gases.
Precise fine multi-stage filtration helps
remove mechanical impurities in oil; high-quality filter
element is of corrosion proof, strong mechanical strength
and wear resistance.
Sensitive automatic pressure protection
device and infrared oil level control system make the
operation even easy, simple and safe.
5. It possesses the function of vacuumizing electrical
equipment and oil filling under vacuum condition. It
can be used to treat low-viscosity lubricating oils.
It is more efficient than other single-stage vacuum oil
purifier.

Process diagram:
Description:
The oil flows first through magnetic filter, heater,
electromagnetic valve into the vacuum flash distillation
columns for dehydration and degassing treatment, and
efficiently remove free and dissolved water, dirt,
air, gases and other contaminants from oil. The oil
level is auto-controlled by float valve in the columns.
Then clean oil is led out by oil pump through 2 nd
filter and fine filter to the outlet. Air and gases
are led out by vacuum pump and roots pump to the atmosphere. |
